It doesn't have to be a fully functional bingo game.
Bingo Card Rules :
Numbers
- 1 to 15 in B
- 16 to 30 in I
- 31 to 45 in N
- 46 to 60 in G
- 61 to 75 in 0
Free Spaces
- 4 Free Spaces
- Free Space must be marked "Free Space"
- Center Space is always free.
Additional
- The bingo cards generated must not be instant winners. :)
